This site has three forms:
1. Entry forms for both fiction and poetry entries in the Patsy Lea Core Award Contest (scroll down)
2. An application form for the AFA in Creative Writing major at Normandale.
Read the directions for each form, and follow the guidelines to ensure that your entry or application will be processed.
Please provide an email address you actually check, as we will send out important updates via email on occasion. Also, provide your student ID number (an 8 digit number on your ID) NOT your STAR ID. This helps us make sure you are a current Normandale student (required for all submissions in all categories).
